We asked Mary how she found the push up challenge, she said “I’ve always liked push ups (yes, I know, weirdo!), so really enjoyed this challenge. It was made so much better though by doing it with my work out partner. A little bit of friendly competition through the month and also in the one minute challenge has certainly pushed me harder than I would have otherwise done on my own. Thanks Deryk White!
