Eden Parlato

Kia Ora! My name is Eden and I’m a swim teacher here at Synergy. I grew up right next to the beach and always loved the water. Growing up by the beach led me to do surf life saving which I began to compete in. I also went straight into competitive swimming at age 9. Breaststroke and Freestyle are my best strokes, and also my favourite to teach. I have competed nationally in both Swimming and Surf Lifesaving. I am passionate about swimming and teaching, and I believe everyone deserves to learn to swim. I teach all ages and abilities, with a dedication to creating a tailored programme that works for you, and whatever swimming goals you have
