Jordan has been involved with sports as a player since a young age, He has also been a trainer for local and regional Rugby League teams for the past 3 years, so he knows how hard you need to work if you want to achieve goals and perform at high level.
Many people including Jordan have experienced injury setbacks making it harder to achieve their fitness goals, this is where Jordan found an interest in Rehabilitation and Minimizing the risk of injuries happening in sports and daily activities.
Jordan believes treating every client as an individual and training them specifically to their needs and goals whether it is weight loss, muscle gain, rehab, sport specific, to increase strength or to improve fitness levels.
