Biography

I have been involved in women’s health for over 10 years and have learnt a lot on my journey. We as women are a force to be reckoned with. Being able to pass on my knowledge in creating a great foundation and alignment is important to me. I believe in building from the inside out is the key to our quality of life for a stronger and injury free body.
