We are launching another popular Synergy/Myzone 8 week Challenge. Starting 15th February, we will be running two separate groups:

Entry Level – for those who are getting back into training or have never been to a gym before:

  • Tuesday & Thursday at 6pm
  • Wednesday & Friday at 1pm

Advanced Level – for those who are ready to be pushed:

  • Monday – Friday 12:10pm
  • Monday – Thursday 6pm

All sessions held at Synergy Fitness, 154 The Terrace

As part of the Synergy/Myzone 8 Week Challenge you will receive:

  • Your personal Myzone Workout Fitness Tracker* (valued at $159 – you get to keep this).
  • Access to 4 Small Group Training Sessions per week (30-minute session)
  • Pre and Post Body Fat % Tests
  • Be part of a WhatsApp Support Group
  • Work out in a supportive and encouraging environment
  • Just $49 per week for 8 weeks

*Myzone Fitness Workout Tracker: Your Myzone Workout Fitness Tracker provides real-time feedback on heart-rate, calories burned, and effort. Your trainers will work with you and keep you working out in the correct heart rate zones to maximise the efficiency of your workouts. (can be used both inside and outside the gym).
