Swim School Registration

Enrolment Policies

• Students will be enrolled in a class deemed suitable for their ability after an assessment by one of our instructors.
• The Swim School will assess the students once per term (unless attendance does not warrant such)
• Please direct any questions about your child’s class level in writing to the swim school manager. The competencies for progression are clearly outlined and available on request
• Students are automatically enrolled term to term unless we are advised otherwise. This place will be held until after the 1^st week in term at which time if no payment or arrangement is made it may be forfeited to a ‘standby’ student.

Fees

• Fees are based on lesson duration, private or class type, and term length
• Students may attend ‘makeup classes’ at the same level within the timetable if their class falls on public holiday
• Progressive discounts are offered for siblings, discounts are offered for multiple lessons per week
• Refunds are not offered for classes not attended – If available and at the discretion of the school make up sessions may be offered

Payment Policies

• Private lessons – payment for sessions is required in advance
• Swim School - Payment is due within 7 days of enrolment
• A Direct Debit Payment plan is available over a maximum of 6 weeks.
  • 20% deposit required

Cancellation Policies for Private Lessons

• 24 hours’ notice is required for the cancellation of Private Lessons.
• Cancellation maybe made online (via app*), by speaking with your coach or emailing swimschool@synergyfitness.co.nz
• Failure to provide notice as outlined will result in the session being allocated as if completed.
• Regular cancellation of appointed lesson time may result in the allocation of this time-slot to another student.
