Enrolment Policies

Fees

• Fees are based on lesson duration, private or class type, and term length
• Students may attend ‘makeup classes’ at the same level within the timetable if their class falls on public holiday
• Progressive discounts are offered for siblings, discounts are offered for multiple lessons per week
• Refunds are not offered for classes not attended – If available and at the discretion of the school make up sessions may be offered

Payment Policies

• Private lessons – payment for sessions is required in advance
• Swim School - Payment is due within 7 days of enrolment
• A Direct Debit Payment plan is available over a maximum of 6 weeks.
  • 20% deposit required
  • 1 of $19 set up fee, $0.65 per transaction fee

Cancellation Policies for Private Lessons

• 24 hours’ notice is required for the cancellation of Private Lessons.
• Cancellation maybe made by speaking with your coach, speaking to our reception or emailing swimschool@synergyfitness.co.nz
• Failure to provide notice as outlined will result in the session being allocated and due for payment as if completed.
• Regular cancellation of appointed lesson time may result in the allocation of this time-slot to another student.
